This website is designed for the convenience of current and new condo owners, prospective buyers, realtors and financial institutions alike.
Prospective buyers, as well as new owners, realtors and financial institutions will find important information regarding our bylaws, covenants and insurance requirements under the “HOA INFO” tab. Most important, all new owners can access the required “Acknowledgement Letter” in this tab for your signature which indicates that you have read, understand, and will comply with our bylaws and covenants.
Current owners have the ability to make their own user accounts to access HOA-specific content on the "HOA FORUM" tab. This tab contains communications of general interest from the SLC Board, such as HOA meeting minutes, Board meeting minutes, future events/projects and any other topical information which benefit all condo owners as a group.
Also, and perhaps most important, owners can use the drop-down menu during login that enables them to open a private dialog with any of the HOA Board members. Please utilize this very important function to present any issue or concern to the Board. This will allow the Board to respond with greatest efficiency and track action until issue resolution.
